About the Author

The author, Wendy Poe, has always had a fondness for books. Now, she has penned several books of her own and has mastered the art of whimsy with her first published book titled "Chicken Toes & Other Stretches." Wendy was born in Springfield, Missouri and currently resides in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas enjoying the peace and tranquility with her kitten caboodle of five: Sunkist, Guppy, Sissy, DUmplin' Jo, and Stinky. When not observing their neurotic cat behaviors (and writing about them), she enjoys reading, painting, scrapbooking, and spending time with friends and family.

In this book, Wendy Poe shows you the world from both the cat's and the cat owner's point of view. As a cat owner myself, I found it to be quite cathartic to see that I am not the only one with a crazy cat. I laughed until I cried and then laughed some more. I would reccomend it to anyone, even people who haven't had the pleasure of owning a cat. I can't wait to read more from this author.
