Narrator Breeda Kelly Miller’s performance conveys the sexual tension and drama that develop as confident and down-to-earth business guru Donovan Grant attempts to charm his quiet public relations director, Liz Jerome. Miller’s varied pacing maintains the listener’s interest as Donovan attempts to discover the reasons for Liz’s resistance to his attention. While Miller portrays some of the supporting characters with clear accents and voices, the voices of the protagonists, on more than one occasion, blend into each other.
