Championist Art
This art manifesto presentation was recited by the Manifesto Cheerleaders, Mascot, Ghosts and Others at Caesar's W.S.O.P. circuit main event, Atlantic City, The World Poker Finals, Foxwoods, Connecticut, The Brooklyn Classic, New York and the World Series of Poker, Rio, Las Vegas, Tournaments in which Howard Evan Wolper participated. He is a poker champion/artist with something new to say about contemporary art.

It's all about art, being a champion and why the only apposite 21st century art is one and the same.

Oh, you think there's nothing new or important, culturally vital or contemporarily relevant, fresh or exciting happening in art.

Well...you were right for thirty-five years. Now a poker champion/artist has promulgated (on this momentous occasion) the crucial, the paramount, Manifesto Cheerleaders, Mascot, Ghosts and Others. It's the first and only 21st century fine art declaration of any significant value and merit whatsoever!

About the Author

The 21st century fine artist, Howard Evan Wolper created conceptual and performance artwork in the 70s and 80s. A spinning self portrait game, a random element dispenser, a popular NY art rock group Suicide (with Alan Vega) and the Howie’s (clones playing household appliances) to mention a few. Disillusioned with the NY art scene in the mid 90s, he became a poker pro and later a poker champion. He’s won a World Series of Poker ring, multiple No-Limit major tournaments, two Borgata Open Limit Hold-em championships–and an accomplishment so rare, its only been done by one other person since 2004–back to back POY Open tournament victories (beating fields of 800 players).

His Championist Art Manifesto, now elucidates this revolutionary contemporary art expression.
