About the Author

Waris H. Razvi has a Doctorate Degree in Human Behaviour from the United States Open University USA. He has worked in several multinational companies in Pakistan, The Middle East and Africa; in senior marketing and management positions. He has designed, developed and conducted many seminars in different countries on management and marketing topics - including 'Selling Skills', 'Communication Skills' and 'Developing a More Positive Mental Attitude'. He has taught courses in marketing and human resource management at MBA level at overseas campuses of two US universities. In his quest for finding solutions to learning and becoming more positive, Dr Razvi developed two theories; a learning theory entitled 'The Triad Theory' and another theory on 'Developing a More Positive Mental Attitude'. He tested both of his theories for its practical applications, in several countries, among thousands of respondents as part of his Doctorate work.
