Overview

When Emily Gardener took a walking holiday in the West Country to do research for her history degree, she never imagined the terrible consequences of trespassing on the Dunscombe Castle estate, owned by Sir Alaric Marchmount. Emily is rapidly stripped, mastered by Sir Alaric, and then taken back to the castle where she is sentenced by him - in his capacity as the local magistrate - to two weeks exposure, despoliation and naked hard labour. And it is all perfectly legal! Due to an ancient feudal convention, in this tiny part of England, Marchmount's word is literally the law, and Emily has no choice but to accept his judgement.

As Emily is intimately prepared for humiliating and degrading service in the castle's slave hall, she discovers to her dismay that in Dunscombe no woman, not even Sir Alaric's lovely wife, Zinnia, is truly free. Over the next two weeks, Emily is served up as a sexual dessert at a dinner party, takes part in a wild slave hunt, undergoes a true roasting, is mounted on display naked in a suit of armour, waters living flower girls, serves in a naked tennis match, endures painful bed bondage, languishes in a real dungeon and watches Alaric exercise his feudal right of droit de seigneur with a local maiden and take her virginity.

Every ordeal Emily undergoes revolts her, and yet she cannot escape having intense orgasms under an onslaught of relentless sexual stimulation, physical exertion and intimate punishment. What does that say about her darkest desires? Is she succumbing to Sir Alaric's powerful aura of masculine domination? And, when her sentence is over, can she simply walk away from Dunscombe Castle and its formidable master?
