Overview

Castalar, burst into life as a sentient growing spark, containing enormous amounts of energy. His prime directive is to terra-form of previously unlivable planets with DNA collected from other worlds during his journey in outer space. Centered in the crystalline core of his first planets host, he began his work to bring life to the surface. Castalar then gathered samples from the planet to build upon his most treasured DNA, the Elemental Dragons, and later he introduced the cat-like creatures known as the Borrion-I. After thousands of years of existence on the planet Versa, the Elementals pleaded with Castalar to create other creatures for the sake of diversity. over time, the planet Versa became sentient and developed strong feelings towards the Elementals calling them her children. In an attempt to free her offspring from Castalar's grip, she began to plot an agenda of her own. she formed a floating island, for her Elementals and the Borrion-I that was void of crystals; it insured that Castalar could not reach them. Castalar in his arrogance lets them go and generations later, regrets this dicision. Determined to get them back, he is willing to sacrifice the Borrion-I if that's what it takes to get his Elementals to return.

About the Author

My passion for writing began thirty-some years ago after reading a short story by a good friend, D.L. Brinkley. Captivated by her imagination, I was certain I could do this too. It didn't matter that English and Reading weren't my strengths, I was sure I could do it. Twelve pages into my first attempt I realized writing was not as easy as it seemed. Undeterred, I started over with bring out the Big Guns - a used forty-pound typewriter and six of her whiteout minions. This time the story just flowed out of me.
I wish I could say I did this all on my own, but that's not true. God has pushed me every step of the way and sent many well-timed Angels to bolster my perseverance and inspiration.
I truly hope you like what you read.
