About the Author

Survivor. Soldier. Citizen. Daniel Geraghty is a survivor of the terrorist attacks on 9/11/2001. He began his career in the Army where he served as an Airborne Ranger infantry officer. A seasoned educator and leader with nearly twenty years of experience as a teacher of English, special educator, and dean of students, Daniel has dedicated his life to serving others. Currently, Daniel teaches high school English and serves as a special education case manager. He lives in Trumbull, Connecticut, with his wife, Kristen, and their three children.
