About the Author

Lori Stade is an accomplished designer of crocheting and knitting patterns. She also teaches Spanish and Russian language at her local high school. The art of crocheting and knitting was passed down to her by the maternal side of her family. Her great-grandmother, grandmother and mother always involved her in needlework as she was growing up. They were a wonderful inspiration to her and today, whenever she has a spare moment, you can find her with some kind of needlework project going.
