About the Author

One of Chad’s earliest memories is being asked as a seven-year old if he wanted to see Star Wars. From there his addiction grew worse and developed into Capricorn Science Fiction & Fantasy Journal.

He grew around the technology of the US Air Force (he father is a retired officer). From aircraft to weapons and spaceflight, Chad was surrounded by science and technology as a child. In addition to Star Wars he is a fan of Star Trek, and most science fiction movies (even the bad ones).

Chad is a member of the Rotary Club of Lake Zurich. Chad is currently President-Elect and has served as Club Secretary, Rotary Leadership Institute Discussion Leader, District Business Expo Chair and a Club Board Director.

Chad has a BS in engineering, and an MBA. He and his wife follow University of Florida athletics and enjoy traveling. They live in Hawthorn Woods, Illinois.
