About the Author

Sean has wide ranging experience of helping musicians, singers, actors and sportsmen and women deal with performance anxiety. His clients include members of the BBC National Orchestra for Wales, West end singers/ actors, the Welsh National Opera and students at Royal Welsh college of Music and Drama. He is also working with some of the top young tennis, basketball players and golfers in Wales and his skills have been used on shows such as ITV’s Dancing on Ice.

Sean has also helped many students deal with the emotional pressure of taking their driving tests and exams.

He teamed up with the national driving magazine ADI News early this year to help learner drivers and trainee driving instructors that were failing there driving tests because of nerves. The results were remarkable - a 100% success rate.

He and his clients have been featured in The Stage and the Western Mail newspaper. The Good Housekeeping, Musicians Union and Advanced Driving Instructor (ADI) magazine. He has also been a guest on BBC Radio Wales and Real Radio.
