His team filed legal briefs in several Supreme Court Second Amendment cases, including Heller v. District of Columbia (2008), McDonald v. Chicago (2010), New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. City of New York (2020), and New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen (2022).
