About the Author

As a Master in Educational Administration with a background in Elementary Education, Sherry has a developmental understanding and background with children. A mother of 3, Sherry had her hands full with a son and two twin daughters with an age difference of 2 years. Sherry wrote this book for her son to help him prepare for the big boy bed while on bed rest for 3 monthts with her twins. Her concern was that Andrew understand on his level that safety was very important for him. Sherry looked for books on this subject and found nothing. So, she embarked on writing her own story for Andrew and has dreamed for years of publishing this book. As her twins are turning 18 and leaving home for college this year, Sherry has commissioned her daughter, Emily Renee, to illustrate this book to help her embark on her ambitions in the creative field.
