About the Author

In 2004, Michael O'Keefe founded O'Keefe Motor Sports, Inc. (OMS Superstore), eventually growing it into the largest database of aftermarket automotive components available for online purchase in the world. Aside from his position at Expert Business Advice, LLC, Mike is president of Pinpoint Holdings Group, Inc. and vice president of marketing for Bracemasters International, LLC. Mark Moon is the subject matter expert for our Business Law Basics title. He is a graduate of the Levin College of Law and Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. He holds a JD degree and a bachelor's degree in finance and economics. Mark is a founding and the managing partner of the Moon Law Group, P.L., a full-service law firm based in the Tampa Bay, Florida area.
