About the Author
Justine Nolan is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of New South Wales and Deputy Director of the Australian Human Rights Centre. She is a Visiting Scholar at NYU Stern Center for Business and Human Rights and an editor of the Business and Human Rights Journal.
