About the Author

Kathy Biggs created her first wildlife pond in 1996. It changed her life in many positive ways. For one, it brought dragonflies into her life and she is now the author of several dragonfly guides and travels throughout the west giving presentations and workshops on both dragonflies and on building ponds for wildlife. Her retirement home in far northern California is not yet complete, but the wildlife pond is already in. She couldn't imagine living without one!!
