Overview

Dirk Nugard is a “bruiser,” a professional hockey player who earns his living by physically punishing his opponents. He’s twenty-three years old, handsome, and so charming that he could probably have any woman he wants. The only problem is that he’s not sure he wants any women at all. Dirk has a past that involves some experimentation with men. He thinks his interest in men is behind him. He’s about to find out that his past is going to resurface at the most inconvenient time, with consequences that he never would have expected.

This 35,000 word erotic novella contains explicit descriptions of both male-male and male-female encounters. It is intended for mature audiences only.

Excerpt:

At first view, Dirk couldn’t believe that Hansen could rightfully call the modest set of restraints that were drilled into the concrete wall of the basement a “sex dungeon.” He wasn’t able to suppress his first thought, and soon found himself asking, “So this is it?”

“Yeah.” Hansen looked at him defensively. “Why, what’d you expect?”

“I dunno. It just doesn’t seem like much of a ‘sex dungeon,’ that’s all.”

“It isn’t.” Hansen said it like he was correcting Dirk. “I mean, we’re not on the set of a gay porno here. This isn’t about fantasy. It’s about reality.”

“Huh?”

Hansen explained that he liked to invite people down to his basement so that they could experiment with urges that they had. He hoped that, in some cases, the men that took him up on his offer would get their desire to have sex with other men out of their system. Then they could go back to being good fathers, loving husbands, or whatever it is they were before they started to obsess over having a sexual experience with another man. He also explained that, in some cases, he hoped that the men who agreed to be “treated” by him would come to the realization that they were, in fact, gay. Then they could set their lives right by accepting themselves, and working through the upheaval it caused in their personal lives until they were comfortable with their new identity.
