Overview

This is a chic mystery set in the year 2029, and the period in time after the great "Covid Mundo Reconstruction". The CMR is a result of the great virus pandemic that took place all over the world that killed over a million people back in the year 2020. After a vaccine and cure was developed almost all of the people and governments of the world realized that we all need each other in some way or another. The embargo against Cuba was lifted, all countries agreed to eliminate nuclear weapons, and medication and vaccines for some of the deadliest viruses and cancer was now free for anyone in the world. People were now traveling more freely throughout the world. This mystery spans North & South America and the new United Nation Islands of the Caribbean-Atlantic ocean. That new country includes Cuba, San Andres[formerly belonged to Colombia], Puerto Rico[formerly belonged to USA], Haiti, Dominican Republic, all of the Virgin Islands and Bahama Islands. This story follows what happen to a young 27 year old creative named Ty Gears, and how he sought justice for those that plotted against him, which includes n evil ex girlfriend. This futuristic setting introduces future technology such as an incredible man-made island in the Caribbean sea, 3D printed guns & speed boats, commercial planes that fly 3 times the speed of sound, and personal mini-drone devices. The original story was "From Rags To Riches" and written in 1995 for a contest by "Ebony" magazine.
