“Yankee Candle and Piss Stains” is like a modern-day Romeo and Juliet. When two kids come from two different social classes are bound together by love. They don’t let anything get between them. When “Romeo” finally pays for a weekend with “Juliet”, they finally realize that he’s not just with her for her money and he finally realized that she loves him for who he actually is. Love really can conquer all.
“War with myself” talks about a man who suffers with PTSD. His wife is going away for a trip to visit her family during 4th of July weekend. He tries to assure her that he can make it through the weekend and he’s strong enough to endure it. Can he make it through the holiday without his wife or will his PTSD get the better of him?
