Overview

Bozophobia, a comic crime romance, tells the story of Franklin, a clown hiding from heartbreak behind sarcasm and greasepaint who falls for a clown-hating mystery woman on the run.  Is she the Baggy Pants Slasher, notorious killer of clowns?  Or is she a patsy for the real killer?  When a local bozo turns up dead, it looks like she's the killer. She's forced to hide out with Franklin. He finds the more he learns about her, the less he believes she could be the infamous killer. Yes, she hates clowns. Yes, she has a hair-trigger temper and a knack for creative violence. Yes, she has blackouts that coincide with a rash of deadly attacks on clowns around town. But a damsel in distress appeals to the hero inside every clown. So, when a determined, low-rent private eye shows up, ready to win fame and fortune by fingering her as the Slasher, Franklin takes it upon himself to find a way to solve the mystery of the real Baggy Pants Slasher. If he fails, he's next on the hit list. If he succeeds, he might just save her from life in prison and win himself a juggling partner for life.  Either way, it will be a “wow” finish neither of them see coming.
