Gaya Pandey (b. 1954) is a retired Professor, Department of Anthropology, Ranchi University, Ranchi. He has contributed nearly three and half dozen articles in Journals of national and international repute and edited books. He has participated in two and half dozen national and international seminars held in India and chaired a number of technical sessions. He has to his credit 26 books published in Hindi and English medium on different branches and papers of Anthropology.
