In Body Image, Relationships, and Sexuality: Personal Journeys to Recovery in Overeaters Anonymous, OA members tell their stories of suffering, loss, and harm--sharing how they regenerated and changed themselves; how they found renewed hope, acceptance, and strength; how they are recovering from hurting themselves and their bodies; and how their relationships with food have changed. We invite you to read these stories to find the peace, hope, and serenity OA members have found through working the Twelve Steps of Overeaters Anonymous.

About the Author
Overeaters Anonymous is a fellowship of individuals who, through shared experience, strength, and hope, are recovering from compulsive overeating. We welcome everyone who wants to stop eating compulsively. There are no dues or fees. Our primary purpose is to abstain from compulsive eating and to carry the message of recovery through the Twelve Steps of OA.
