Little Freddy was born in Far-Rockaway Beach, New York. In 1961, his parents (two) soon moved his family to the warmer waters and authentic Mexican food of Southern California. After marriage, and a lovely daughter, the family moved to Kailua, Hawaii, and Portland, Oregon, where they loiter and languish today.
