Not content with killing his wife, he exacts revenge on her lover by framing him for her murder. A few days later Charlie carries out a hit on a Russian mobster. Consequently he finds himself embroiled in a Russian Mafia plot that leads all the way to The Whitehouse. What follows is a race across two continents, several attempts on Charlie’s life, and while Charlie tries to work out who his friends are, he also has his own agenda regarding an old adversary.
