About the Author

TER was born in South Philadelphia and was adopted. He was a proud mummer, as is the rest of his family. He graduated and served eight years in the Navy and is a disabled veteran. He received the National Defense Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, NATO Forces Medal, Navy Expeditionary Medal as well as many other medals and awards while in Bosnia during Desert Storm. He studied at Rutgers and Univ. of Penn in Economics. He received his MS in Science from Towson University and the University of Baltimore. He has worked for the public industry for 26 yrs practicing Budget Law and Accounting and has directly worked on over 1 Trillion Dollars of Appropriations. He is one of the very First (pioneer) Application Architects for Medicare and Medicaid. He has published two computer books. And, was affiliated with at least two other publications on Animal Law for the Blind and miscellaneous other topics. Benjamin's Publishing House welcomes and is proud to release his fourth fictional worthy read Billy and Leon's Great doing a book tour.
