Only 295 copies were published in the Soviet Union for the first edition of this work. Therefore, this volume presents an exact reproduction for broader distribution. As a bibliographical guide, it provides the reader with a comprehensive overview of Soviet-era Mongolian Studies literature, ideal for anyone conducting research in the field. This work is written entirely in Russian with the exception of an English preface written by Denis Sinor.
