Daniel Underwood discovers his live in girlfriend has embezzled $20k from his bank account using his computer. In the confrontation she shoots him dead with a shotgun. Rebecca Nelson the then girl friend tells police he accidentally shot himself in the head with that shotgun. Daniels father a retired deputy does not believe its a suicide not accident. He suspiciously is dead after her car runs into a solitary tree. Family suspect the car was pushed from behind by a large pick up truck.
