Zack Giallongo is a professional cartoonist, cheese enthusiast, and amateur banjo-ist. His first solo graphic novel, Broxo, is about teenage barbarians and was published in 2012. It hit #4 on the New York Times Bestsellers list.
Ben Hatke is the author and illustrator of the New York Times–bestselling Zita the Spacegirl trilogy, the picture books Julia's House for Lost Creatures and Nobody Likes a Goblin, and the graphic novels Little Robot and Mighty Jack. He lives and works in the Shenandoah Valley with his wife and their boisterous pack of daughters.
Thien Pham is a graphic novelist, comic artist, and educator based in Oakland, CA. He is the author and illustrator of the graphic novel Sumo and did the art for the middle-grade graphic novel Level Up, written by Gene Luen Yang, and is an ongoing comic contributor to Eater SF. JT Petty is an American film director, author, and video game writer. His graphic novel Bloody Chester was published by First Second. He currently resides in Brooklyn, New York.
Hilary Florido‘s self-published mini-comics have been listed in the 2009 and 2010 Best American Comics. She works as a storyboarder on The Cartoon Network’s “The Regular Show.”
Mark Siegel is the author and illustrator of award winning picture books and graphic novels, including Long Night Moon, How to Read a Story, Oskar and the Eight Blessings, Tiny Dancer, and the New York Times bestselling Five Worlds series. He is also the founder of First Second books.
