Susan Schussler loves to write fiction with happy endings because happy endings are the best escape from life’s problems. Growing up the youngest of eight children, she quickly learned that no matter what the story, it changes depending on who is telling it. Her early childhood taught her that everyone has a different point of view, and she often uses multiple perspectives in her novels. As Schussler grew, she gathered degrees and wore more than her share of career hats, but always returned to her passion for writing fiction. She works with several writers organizations, both locally and nationally, and her novels are sold worldwide.
Schussler lives near St. Paul/Minneapolis with her husband and sons. She enjoys spending afternoons on the lakes with family and friends, and though she hates to admit it, when she’s not writing or chauffeuring her children, you may find her catching up on celebrity news.
