About the Author

The author has been an occupational therapist for thirty-five years and a university professor for twenty years.  In her spare time, she is a professional clown, performing mostly in hospitals, nursing homes, and churches.  She has worked with children of all ages, both in her career as an occupational therapist and in her ministry of clowning.
