Notes
The doll is worked from the top down, starting from the crown of the head. The head is shaped first by increases, then decreases to form the neck. The shoulders and raglan-shaped yoke are worked similarly to a top-down sweater by increasing to the underarm. The arms are held on waste yarn to work body, then legs are divided and worked down to the shoes. The arm stitches are then picked up and worked down to the hands.
