Bella
This is a farce based on a mix-up of two girls who superficially look alike. The guardian has heard of an inappropriate dalliance, and arrives at a Ball to take Arabella back to his estate until she learns to behave, but due to a number of factors he takes Isabella instead. She falls in love with him, but is not sure if he returns her feelings. And whether he does or not, how are they to get her back where she belongs without a major scandal? Will true love prevail? Read it and find out!
I think of this book as a beach-read. Fun, but no heavy themes or major character development. If you like Dave Barry's Book of Bad Songs and P. G. Wodehouse (any) you will probably like this book. All my books are written from a Christian perspective and can be read by all age levels.
I am the mother of 4, and now that I have finished homeschooling them I am writing and also composing and writing lyrics for music. I also write Tairy Fales, which I will release on Barnes and Noble once I have successfully gotten this novel onto the site. A Tairy Fale is like a fairy tale except you litch the sweaters (switch the letters). Each of my Tairy Fales will include a straightforward version as bonus material for those who have trouble with flipped letters, like my dyslexic friend. Thanks to her I have improved my tairy fales with bolded letters as a guide to where the flips occur, as well as including the regular version of each tairy fale, which also acts as an answer key. God bless, and I hope you enjoy my books!

About the Author

I am a homemaker who homeschooled 4 kids. Now that I have semi-retired (Moms never really retire) I am writing. I finished the Regency romantic comedy "Bella", which I started writing at 21 years of age and finished the rough draft before diapers smothered it. I have also started writing Tairy Fales, which are like fairy tales only you litch the sweaters (switch the letters). And I have a Sci-fi series in development. Now that we have moved to South Carolina from Hawaii I hope to have more time for writing, and also working on my music.
While writing my tairy fales, I talked to a friend who is dyslexic, and she said she would love it if I included a straight version along with the flipped one. As a result I feel these stories are greatly improved, as I started bolding letters in the flipped version as a visual guide to where the flips occur (most of my tairy fales go off the rails from the fairy tale version, and many are stories I made up entirely, such as The Return of Mockter Daybee. This makes it hard to judge where the flips are without any visual clue.) But thanks to my friend I now think these stories are accessible to everyone, as the regular version also serves as an answer key. And all my books are written from a Christian perspective, and can be read by any age level. God bless!
