About the Author

For over twenty years, Zayda Rivera has been writing for a variety of publications, covering everything from lifestyle, parenting, women’s issues, spirituality, and astrology. Zayda lives in gratitude and helps others live a life of truth and presence through her business Mindful Living with Z, which she launched in 2019 right before the pandemic and grew through virtual sessions with people all around the country and internationally. Zayda is grateful everyday that she listened to that deep inner-knowing that was telling her to study and learn how to work with energy as a Reiki Master, tarot, meditation, and yoga.

Jennifer Dahbura (She/Her) is an illustration artist from El Salvador, Central America. Being a Latina, she has always been surrounded by mythology, legends, and traditions. She tries to reflect them in her artwork, especially in her color palette and playful textures. She also explores self-expression, human behavior, and sentiments. She is a multi-disciplinary artist who has worked in the editorial and commercial fields, commissioned by magazines, newspapers, children’s books, branding, animation, and ad campaigns.
