Timothy D. Lucas is the Senior Pastor of Kingdom Outreach Ministries International located in Dumfries, Virginia. Pastor Lucas is recently retired from the United States Marine Corps as a First Sergeant after serving 21 years of honorable service. Pastor Lucas has served in various areas of ministry in the church throughout the years; which include Assistant Pastor, Minister of Music, Worship Leader, Choir Director, President of Men’s Department, Sunday School Director/Teacher, and Youth Leader.
