About the Author

Elizabeth Louise Strouth was born in Indiana, but her family moved often and she graduated from high school in Connecticut. Her dad was an Air Force veteran, and her mom was born in Ireland. Strouth has four older brothers, two children and one grandchild and lives in New York state. She grew up with an interest in art and has a bachelor’s degree in fine arts. She is a mom and has always loved reading children’s books to her two children. She decided to work on writing and illustrating children’s books and gets her inspiration from animals and the outdoors. Strouth loves being outside bicycling, walking, observing animals and looking at plants and trees.
