About the Author

Hi, I’m Aideen.
A mother of two boys, one who is wild and spirited and will soon turn two years old and one who has four legs and is fluffy and is just as crazy, who is turning 13 years old. I am Irish and proud. I was raised in rural Ireland in a place called Inishowen, one of the hidden gems of the world and I am sincerely not at all biased, visit and see for yourself.
I am currently living in Cyprus, a beautiful island in the Med with my handsome husband and two sons. I am in love with the sun, sand and stars. I have been working in global communications for over 15 years...yikes, which has included travelling much of the world. I am an avid reader, writer and creative but often crazy thinker. I am also a middle child with two dear sisters and one baby brother who is not a baby anymore. I am a BIG dreamer, idea maker and admirer of mojitos, salsa and all things pretty. I am a Libra after all.

I am proud to be a mum above all else but I am still learning along the way.

My favourite quote is by the famous writer, Anais Nin, “ I’m restless. Things are calling me away. My hair is being pulled by the stars again.”

My main aim in life is to always stay curious, restless even and seek out new adventures everyday.
