About the Author

As a teen Ernie Schultze became fascinated with the rebelliousness of rock music later finding himself into the classics at the University. As he became a connoisseur of everything Beatles He soon realized rock is a serious art form. He was educated in San Diego and eventually owned his own public relations business.
After a difficult divorce and a corporate takeover he went on to try creative endeavors becoming part of the rock scene by managing two different rock bands, the first sporting two ex-members of the “Iron Butterfly” known for its mesmerizing drum solo. Both bands taught him about personalities of musician-artists and the dynamics of rock bands and why 90% of these bands never got to success. It is not always because of the music. He honed his writing to the dynamics of rockers and how they relate and what the business looks like. His research on the Beatles went as far as foraging for information in the city of London where the Beatles actually knew people and had conversations with these acquaintances. He knows what they went through.
He is now a Professor teaching management subjects, law and computer technology on the college level and has two daughters.
