Overview

Are you at a crossroads in your life?

Have you lost yourself along the way?

Do you want to feel better emotionally and physically?

Whether it is for one of these reasons or one that is entirely your own, you are ready for something that works for you and leads to being happy, no matter what. Here’s the good news: You can be happy, no matter what! You are far more in control of your own happiness and well-being than you know. You are the star of your life. You own the control—and that’s a great thing. Because once you learn how to reconnect with yourself, you will own it again.

Be Happy No Matter What is for people who have been emotionally steamrolled by the challenges and pressures of everyday life, who race around to accomplish ever changing priorities, meeting everyone else’s needs, barely keeping their heads above water as they struggle through divorce, family problems, job loss, and health issues. The key to recovery is recognition of self-worth through reframing negativity. Seigel welcomes you into a new kind of preparation and openness to receive new information, and then focuses on 5 Steps to Inner Freedom.

Reviews from Health Professionals

“Be Happy No Matter What is a book about self-empowerment. It speaks to the truth that, to a large degree, what we accomplish in our lives is a function of how we feel about ourselves. Ellen offers techniques to identify and change core self-concepts, to connect with our Inner Wisdom, to be fully present, to choose happiness, to be the author of our lives, and to make it a best seller. It is an easy read packed with pearls of eternal wisdom which, when applied, can't help but improve the quality of our lives.” Walter E Jacobson, MD - Psychiatrist, Speaker & Author of Forgive to Win!

“Be Happy No Matter What is a meditative reading and retreat experience that guides the readers on their journey towards inner freedom. The exercises are excellent in guiding the reader to spaces of silence, questions, reflection, and then move back to the text. This is a thoughtful, spirit guided contribution for practitioners and their clients.” Carolyn Jacobs, M.S.W., Ph.D. - Dean of Smith College School for Social Work

“People who have the power to change their thinking have the power to change their lives. Be Happy No Matter What is a great blueprint for learning to think differently about anything and everything.
