About the Author

Debabrata Sen took his M.A. Degree in History from Gauhati University. He is presently teaching at the School of Correspondence Courses and Continuing Education, University of Delhi. He is the author of two earlier monographs : (1) India and the Cold War, and (2) Problems of India's Defence.
