Overview

Barry the Bear is new to the forest and has no friends. He suffers from homesickness and shyness. Barry wants to make a friend but doesn't know how. That's until he meets Bonnie the Bunny who desperately wants to be Barry's friend. She is new to the forest too.

Bonnie teaches Barry that it's okay to miss your old home while enjoying and learning to love your new home. Bonnie also, helps Barry come out of his shell and have some fun. Barry was worried he'd never make any friends in his new home, only to find a best friend instead.

This book is ideal for children going through difficult changes such as moving out of their houses or making new friends. Starting over is never easy, but hopefully, Barry's adventures will teach them that at the end of the day, it will be a great day for adventure and fun!
