Overview

When the school bully starts picking on Josh, he doesn’t know what to do. The bully is big and mean, and Josh can’t fight him. What he can do is start picking on other kids just to make himself feel better.

When the mean kid is suspended from school, Josh realizes he needs to change his own ways to avoid the same fate. Instead of studying bullies, he starts learning from leaders. Josh learns that these two types of people aren’t so different, and all it takes is a little kindness and understanding to turn a bully into a leader.
