About the Author

Hi, I'm Amanda Dodge, the owner of 'Back Creek Taxidermy and Oddities'. My journey into the world of taxidermy, oddities, skeletal articulation, and entomology began in 2012 when someone very special to me gave me a squirrel skull (thank you, Tucky!) My passion for taxidermy and the preservation of the world around us exploded from that point! Over a decade later, being so inspired by the beauty and intricacy of nature, I decided to create a coloring book that captures the essence of my work. When I'm not busy creating pieces, running my shop, or attending vendor events, you can find me exploring outdoors, playing a videogame, painting, or trying to learn a new skill that uses my hands. I hope you enjoy coloring these pages as much as I enjoyed creating them!
