This book is a creative academic research effort adding new information to the literature review about authentic leadership, organizational innovation, organizational learning, and project success precisely, and project management in broader context. The ground of the book is to positively associate authentic leadership with the variables of organizational innovation and organizational learning under investigation. It has linked authentic leadership to Pakistan's China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects. Authentic leadership, organizational learning, and innovation all contribute to the success of CPEC project management.
