Overview

At the Heart of Caring: A Caregiver's Journal In Support of AFTD is more than just a journal - it's a lifeline for caregivers navigating the complexities of their role. As they engage with its pages, caregivers will discover newfound strength, resilience, and compassion within themselves and for themselves. They'll uncover the power of self-care as a catalyst for healing and renewal, enabling them to navigate their journey with grace, energy, and authenticity.

Through the power of reflection, gratitude, and goal-setting, caregivers are invited to explore the intricate tapestry of emotions that accompany their caregiving journey. With each prompt, they're encouraged to pause, breathe, and honor their experiences, both the challenges and the moments of profound joy. From acknowledging small victories to expressing gratitude for the support they receive, every page becomes a sanctuary for self-care and introspection.

Moreover, this journal is a beacon of hope for a greater cause. With proceeds dedicated to AFTD.org (the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration), each journal sold becomes a contribution to research, advocacy, and support for those affected by this devastating disease.

In a world where caregiving can feel overwhelming, At the Heart of Caring offers a guiding light - a reminder and toolset that amidst the challenges, caregivers possess unyielding strength and resilience. It's a testament to the extraordinary love that beats at the heart of caregiving, a celebration of the unsung heroes who give so much of themselves every day.
