About the Author

Ariane Hébert est psychologue et a fondé LA BOÎTE À PSY (www.boiteapsy.com) pour répondre aux besoins des individus et des familles aux prises avec des défis particuliers. Titulaire d’une maîtrise en psychologie de l’UQTR ainsi que d’une scolarité doctorale de l’Université de Montréal, l’auteure s’est spécialisée en évaluation de la santé mentale auprès d’une clientèle adulte et enfant. Au plan clinique, elle détient une formation en thérapie cognitivo-comportementale et humaniste ainsi qu’une accréditation en EMDR et en stress post-traumatique. Mère de deux enfants atteints de TDA/H, elle est également chargée de cours depuis plusieurs années, chroniqueuse, et psychologue en milieu scolaire et en bureau privé. À ce jour, elle est convaincue que son métier est (tout juste après celui de maman) le plus beau métier du monde…
Jean Morin est né à Québec le 10 décembre 1959. Il réussit à passer au travers de l’école primaire, de l’école secondaire et de 4 ans de Cégep, période où il cherche sa voie. Après un Bac en communication graphique à l’Université Laval, il travaille, de 1984 à 1996, comme graphiste, pour diverses entreprises. Un cheminement qui l’amène à découvrir sa véritable passion, l’illustration. Depuis 1997, il illustre pour des éditeurs scolaires, des éditeurs jeunesse et aussi pour des entreprises de publicité. Il adore son travail, car le domaine de l’illustration lui permet d’explorer différentes expressions de son art en passant du dessin d’humour à celui du conte, du dépliant informatif à la publicité… Créateur un jour, créateur toujours, Jean a des projets plein la tête !
