The author grew up in Atlantic Canada with his parents and sisters, just a stone’s throw from many of the world’s most beautiful and serene natural coasts and the highest tides in the world. Growing up in a rural area, he has always had an appreciation for nature and enjoyed the freedom and whimsy that came from being surrounded by vast forests.
