About the Author

Sarah has struggled with generalized anxiety disorder from age four and depression from age ten. After attempting suicide at age nineteen, Sarah realized there was more to life than her present struggles. Now in her mid-twenties, Sarah has a family of her own and has experienced a joy she never would have if she had given up. She has overcome the struggle of anxiety and depression and is using her story to encourage other's who are struggling and to educate families of the realities of mental struggles. Sarah used art, music, and other creative outlets to express her journey and encourages others to do the same in her accompanied 30-Day Anazao Journal.
