About the Author

Pauline Pilote Eby first began examining issues of faith and doctrine as a Roman Catholic in the French-Canadian community of Lewiston, Maine. Over time, she resigned herself to atheism ... until she encountered the teachings of the Divine Principle. For the past fifty years, the author has been an active member of the Unification Movement. She has an M.Div. degree from Union Theological Seminary, and M.A. and M.Phil. degrees in Russian literature from Columbia University. This mother, grandmother, and retired educator welcomes reader inquiry and dialogue.
