INTRODUCTION

My grandma used to always say that desserts are actually good for you because they make you happy. With all the stress of everyday life, I guess that’s not too far from the truth.

When I think of the happy times in my life, I realize most of them were celebrated with some kind of dessert. My team and I have been reverse-engineering restaurant recipes and publishing them on my website, RecipeSecrets.net, since 2003.
