About the Author

Olympian Jeff Galloway has run for over 50 years and still runs a marathon about every month. He's coached over a million runners to their goals through his retreats (in several of these locations), clinics at events, individual consultations, running schools, and books. Brennan Galloway was a track and cross country athlete at Colorado College, has produced two documentaries, and continues to run almost every day, finding new and interesting trails wherever he goes.
