About the Author

Dr. Ronald Sahyouni, M.D., M.S., Ph.D. completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, with a double major in Molecular and Cell Biology and Psychology. He then obtained his Medical Degree and completed a Masters and Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at the University of California, Irvine through the NIH-funded Medical Scientist Training Program. He is currently a Neurosurgery Resident at the University of California, San Diego.
